This method works for Windows 7 operating system. It might works for other OS but no guarantee. To start, you need to open Windows Media Player Classic application.
Step 2: On the menu bar, click on 'VIEW' and a drop box appear on the screen.
Step 3: Look for 'OPTIONS' and click on it. A big dialog box appear on the screen.
Step 4: On 'PLAYER' option, uncheck 'Keep history of recently opened files' checkbox.
Step 5: Click on APPLY, then OK. Restart your Media Player Classic and binggo, you're done.
Now, it's up to you whether you want to do the testing or not. So, it's not that hard to do it, but I was once trying to googling around the net to find the solution. However, now that I know how to disable recently opened files in Media Player Classic, it's easy.
